1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") of PETRA PARIS s.r.o., IČO: 24435791, registered office in Prague ("Seller"), govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and any natural person ("Buyer") who concludes a purchase agreement through the website.

2. Orders & Conclusion of Contract

All product presentations on the website are for informational purposes. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these T&C and the Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in [EUR/CZK] and include VAT (if applicable).
• Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process.
• We accept payments via: [Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer]. The order is processed after the payment is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order is dispatched. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance in international shipping.

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer should not accept the package and must contact the Seller immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to EU law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. If the goods are damaged or show signs of wear, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

6. Warranty & Complaints

The Seller provides a legal warranty period of 24 months for any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care (e.g., incorrect washing or mechanical damage).
