Register your return
Email us at info@maisonpetrapris.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Pack the items
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Send it back
Ship the package to our studio address. We recommend using a tracked service.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure the item is in stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
